The Greenwood Hotel - Wetherspoon Northolt impressed me with its excellent facilities and attention to detail. the hotel offered great value for money, providing comfortable rooms with modern amenities at affordable prices. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful, happy, and always polite, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in a peaceful residential area, with easy access to the tube station, made it convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the pub attached to the hotel was a bonus, serving delicious food and drinks at any time of day.

During our Christmas stay, we were kinda surprised by the quality of service provided by the staff. The friendly and helpful nature of the staff made our experience even better. the well-kept beers and competitive prices in the bar were a bonus. the location of the hotel was ideal, great to easily access nearby attractions and amenities.
Although the management did address the issue when asked, the solution was only partially successful, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Located a short distance from a convenient tube station, The Greenwood Hotel offers a lively atmosphere that initially caught my attention. The spacious and clean rooms, as mentioned in the reviews, provided a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was massive with a huge double bed and was well presented and clean. We were impressed with the secondary glazing in the room, which helped to keep it quiet. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were working nearby. We also found the food and drink to be cheap and cheerful, and the lady behind the bar was professional and cute.
